Terms of service

*ORDER POLICY*

All orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless specified otherwise. To ensure transparency, we document the shipping process with photographs.

*PRODUCT SHELF LIFE & DEFECTS*  
All products have a seven-day shelf life from the date of shipment (including weekends and public holidays). If you identify obvious defects or discrepancies upon receipt, contact us via Instagram, WhatsApp, or email within two working days (excluding weekends) with clear photographic evidence. Requests received after this period will not be processed. Returns or exchanges apply only to brand new, unused items with tags attached.

*ORDER CONFIRMATION*  
Confirmed orders cannot be canceled or modified.

*CONTACT INFORMATION*  
Provide accurate phone numbers and email addresses for delivery and refund notifications. Order updates will be sent via email through our website system. For inquiries, use the order message system on our website. For urgent matters, contact us via WhatsApp.

*DELIVERY TIME*  
Restocking occurs immediately after current stock is sold out. Delivery typically takes 7-21 working days. In cases of force majeure preventing manufacturing or restocking, a refund will be issued within 14 working days after shipment.

*CHANGES TO SHIPPING DETAILS*  
Changes to address, contact number, or recipient name will incur a redirection fee of $10-30 charged by SF Express. Switching from self-pickup to delivery requires the customer to cover the shipping fee upon delivery.

*RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY*  
- *Order Processing*: Orders cannot be returned or changed once placed.  
- *Shipping Inspection*: All items are inspected before shipment to ensure quality.  
- *Exchange/Refund Eligibility*: Exchanges or refunds are only permitted for items with quality issues or obvious stains affecting wearability.  
- *Exchange Process*: Contact us within two working days of receiving the goods. If approved, return the item within 3 days of confirmation or exchange in-store within one week (staff will specify the date). Late requests will not be accepted.

*PRODUCT COLOR VARIATION*  
Slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen displays. The actual product may vary slightly from photos.

*SIZE POLICY*  
Sizes are measured horizontally and may vary by ±4cm due to fabric elasticity or measurement points. Refer to our size chart or contact us for assistance.

*DELIVERY POLICY*  
- *Hong Kong*: We use SF Express with delivery fees paid by the customer upon receipt. Delivery takes 1-2 working days, or 5-6 working days if stock relocation is required.  
- *Taiwan/Macau/Mainland*: Delivery fees are paid by the customer upon receipt via SF Express. Customers must provide full names (in Chinese and English) and ID numbers for international verification.  
- *Overseas*: The international shipping fee is $150, paid by the customer upon delivery. The online shipping estimate is preliminary; final fees are determined by Hong Kong Post based on actual weight. Additional fees must be paid within 3 days, with any excess refunded as store credit within 14 working days after shipment. We prioritize the most suitable shipping method, but customers may contact us for alternative requests.

*FINAL DECISION RIGHTS*  
BECKU OFFICIAL reserves the right to make final decisions on all returns and exchanges.
